Flight 1 uses the same category for its crowd and rare rounds. The how-to page describes one category; the 20 October archive had two. Use the actual categories displayed for your date, rather than assuming every historical flight had the same count.
Hive Mind: 3 answers, 20 seconds, say what most people say. Lone Star: 3 answers, 35 seconds, say something true that almost nobody says. Full speed bonus lasts 6 seconds on Hive Mind and 10 seconds on Lone Star, then slides to 60%.

A Hive Mind top 3, or a Lone Star Uncharted or Supernova, multiplies the next answer by 1.3. On day 2 the dog-breed Supernova list included Xoloitzcuintli. That list is on 21 October.
